A link grants access to one proposal and never approves anything just by being opened.

### Approve, reject or edit

The reviewer approves, rejects or edits the proposal before approving.

### Answers kept separately

Original answers and the reviewer's adjustments are kept separately in the audit record.

PROTECT

### No stale approvals

An approval is blocked if the page changed after the proposal.

PUBLISH

### Published separately

Accepted content is published as its own step.
